  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH extra virgin olive oil is a NO NO the heat destroys its flavoring making it bitter shoulda used canola oil.

  • Are you seriously a real chef b/c if you are one thing we were taught when it comes to cooking meat is that you dont constantly shake the pan when you first put it in.. and watching you spread that butter around with a knife scratching up that good pan like that is also a big no no!!!

  • um I thought you said " I'm going ahead and start with my skin side down"??? what happened to that plan?
