I am tired, really, of hearing these rhetorics: innovation, multiskilled, multitasking, flexible and the icings- 2 years experience and passionate about what you do. These socialogists are driving us crazy and they themselves are mediocre. Some can not even climb the stairs and chew gum at the same time but the kind of job advertisements they post out there just compete in making everybody feel inadequate. just give us the jobs or direct to schools where experience is offered as a course.
