This is the original version of "Tourniquet" by Evanescece. It was originally written by Rocky Gray (former Evanescence drummer) for his band "Soul Embraced", before it was covered and finalized by Evanescence.

To clear things up, this song was written by rocky gray for soul embraced. It was on their "for the incomplete" album, released in 2000. Evenescence (grays new band) rearranged, added a verse, and covered it for their "fallen" album, released in 2003. The lyrics ARE "meant" for this style, because this is who rocky wrote the song for. We get it, most of you like evanescence version better. Death metal isn't for everyone.

LOLLLLL couldn't even take this seriously...the lyrics were NOT RIGHT for this genre of music, regardless of what anyone says. it sounds so terrible; not the band, but the song they performed.
