Donovan Performing A Tina Turner Tribute - A Fool In Love

This is a video of Donovan, who is Tina Turner's #1 Fan, performing a "mini concert" at the East West Lounge in West Hollywood, California, in a tribute to Tina Turner in celebration of her 67th Birthday two days prior. Tina was born 11/26/39

I, Donovan, performed songs in this video from Tina's carrer ranging from the 1960's, to many of her greatest hits in the 80's and 90's and today.

The set list went as followed......

I have to tell you that putting this show together and performing it was SO MUCH FUN! I had a blast.

A few things that you should know......
The dancers were awesome considering that they learned as much as they could in only a 3 hour time span. I found the 2 ladies the night before the show, LONG STORY, and they rehearsed for only 2 hours that night, and 1 hour before the show. They did their best and I commend them for their effort. They made the show EXTRA special, and I am more than appreciative to them. The 2 girls in the show are Jaime and Dae. *APPLAUSE*

Another thing is that I was singing very hard that night, and torwards the middle, right around Private Dancer and on, my voice was starting to go out, so I couldn't hit all the notes that I wanted to, but I still tried my best.
