Preface: The title was a play on another clip that I linked to in the video. Secondly, I don't think all or even most/majority of japan views black people in this way. I understand the satire on ganguro however that begs the question, through this satire is this how they view black people or do they understand the stereotypes about blacks and use it to show how ridiculous these ganguro girls are being? However, This was posted in a facetious manner and should be treated in the same way.
This clip was pulled from a movie called Vampire Girl VS Frankenstein Girl. I was referred to this clip after I posted about the Hana Yori Dango clip on another website. This is probably even more insane then the Hana Yori Dango clip. Its so unbelievably racist that I can't help but laugh at how outrageous it is. My favorite part is definitely the Obama reference.
