Forgot to mention, I have seen this same problem with houses I have looked at and one even had an offer in on. It was a 6000 sq foot house, including the unfinished attic. They only show 1998 for the main floor. Since they should not include the attic since it was unfinished, they at least should have shown around 4000 for the two finished floors. They also showed it pending with an old offer, ever before ours and that was not updated. People are relying on this information to be correct.

Your zestimate was based on WRONG information. You show square footage for only one floor. I have corrected the square footage on your screen but you have not changed the zestimate to correspond with the correct information. How long does that take? It is misleading the way it is right now.
