As a teenager in the 60s I remember these bells being in the church. My Dad hung the bells or the original 10 when he worked for Whitechapel. We came out to Aus in 1972 They are a lovely Whitechapel peal.

Amazing Videos, Hope u wore headphones in the belfry as they sounded very loud. It never mattered to me too much as I am deaf anyway just turn off my ears while everyone has to put fingers in the ears and have taken pics of the bells in St Albans for someone as well as watching the bells.

bit of advise. ok watching the bells ring is usually fun, but when the tenor sounds as good as it does from the ringing chamber, stay down there.
that bells sounds so nice!

Very possibly... Wasn't really paying attention at the time to what was being called for lol! I'm a little bit of stranger to 12-bell ringing myself, they are easing me into Cambridge Max at present
