What does Google say about your personal brand?

I did this to reinforce the statement, " you are what Google says you are." What does Google say about you? What does it say about your company? It's brand?

If you don't participate in the social streams, you are essentially "crowdsourcing" your brand to people who might not have your best interests in mind.
