  • Kat get your self back so we can all rest a sure you are still with us. Even if it is a blackout video that says "I'm still here" no expectations from you just say or comment that you are among us. Please..........

  • This is the most motivational video I have seen from you yet, because it's easy to have hope and share that hope when things are going well. It took a lot of courage for you to post this video. I am SO proud of you! You have changed more lives than you will ever know. Not only the lives of your viewers, but the lives your viewers touched with the messages of hope they got from you. I have gone through relapses as well. Recovery is a journey, not a destination. Please don't give up!

  • your video "the physival devastation" gave me motivation to stop my bulimia.

so thank you very much, and dont worry.. you're illness called anorexia is just typical .. there is recoverey and there is relapse.

by the way, i dont think it is your recovery phases that gave people hope, i really think it is the way you spoke out things very honestly.

    thank you very much ♥

  • Please don't worry about what we think of you - we just want to be there for you and support you as you have helped us in the past. It's so rare to find a truely original and intelligent voice about recovery. We know it's often 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. We know it's so hard to overcome the enemy within and to fight this part of ourselves. But we always have hope. YOU STILL GIVE HOPE! Never forget that. Stay strong and believe in yourself. We love you xx

  • I have missed you so much! I love your honesty and I will pray for you that you get better. Nobody's perfect. I think you are an amazing human being and I respect you so much for having the courage to go so public about this important issue.

  • I''ve missed you and your videos and your honesty, I know you're struggling but you've given me hope and you still give me hope. You're not a liar for relapsing while promoting recovery because you continue to get back up when you fall, you'll one day be free kat, you will <3 and I'll always look up at you as inspiration, you're very strong and brave from coming back and being honest with us

  • also create for myself a new platform of possibilities, a chance that to dream is not a crime, that because it is ok to be in the place I am, so it is possible to envisage a future when I can act and dare to 'fail' -If it's ok to struggle now, (as you show us by stepping forward even in and through it) then it is ok to step into an unknown future and be all I can be because if it all falls apart I do not have to reject and trample on myself - just as We do not reject nor trample on you. Love you

  • amazing reality that whilst that is painful and not what anyone would long for for anyone they love, your dear self included - the courage you hold out in daring to share this lets us all know that our own dark days even in our own positive and determined recovery journeys are OK, and in struggles simply being acceptable and alright, the power and possibility spring up. It no longer means I am 'not allowed' to not be ok. In not bashing myself over the head about this, I not only escape that, but

  • Dearest Kat,

Thank you so much for your incredible, moving and honest courage. There are hard times even when what we long for most is to share hope and faith in the possibility that life can be better. Hold on in there and do not question your astonishing ability to share the beautiful flame that you are and that you hold out before us all. In courageously being vulnerable before us all you share the fact that even in recovery there can be 'difficulties' and in so doing you share with us the

  • @memyselfandu I completely agree with you!
