GROB slotting machines for sheet metal parts type S8.

Spline formed sheet metal parts can be processed on the CNC controlled GROB slotting machine S8, providing a high degree of flexibility for the necessary finishing operations, like: Trimming, lub oil hole punching, semi-shearing, forming of snap ring grooves punching of off angle holes.
The machine allows to be equipped with a variety of different workstations. Besides the regular workstations, also special stations are possibly added.

The basic machine design concept, together with the use of CNC controlled axis on the workstation ensures a very high degree of flexibility. In addition provisions are made for easy and fast change of tooling items and workpiece holding fixtures, resulting in comparatively short resetting times for processing different type of parts of a workpiece range.
