Could it be that it is below sea level and the rocks think the oceans currents are pushing them around or could i be they are so close to the earths magnetic core that the rocks have just enough traces in iron in them to be ever so slightly moved or could it be I just smoked a little marijuana and my ideas sound plausible because I'm stoned?

The ground get vibrations from around the world (Smal, medium, large earth shakes)

When the platform gain a vibration it moves a specific area, up and down.
