I love the rotary sound, so freakin addictive.

Did you have to modify the CAS along with the coils, I've got a MSIII V3.0 with stock cas and coils, but my car doesn't receive a signal from the cas for continuous spark. Is this a problem with the coils, CAS or ems?

at 8:20 ish where you blipped the throttle the wideband on the MS dropped way down. Does that mean you leaned out when you hit the gas?

I also have a 6-port 1987 Mazda RX-7 converted from NA to T4 turbo and am using MegaSqurit 2.0. My turbo re-enters the manifold on the opposite side that yours does, so I have some more elaborate intercooler plumbing. It uses a 50mm wastegate and legitimate Blitz blow-off valve. I also run a Koyorad radiator and it runs nice and cool. The engine was rebuilt with an S5 center iron and required a custom block-off plate for the header and 3" stainless steel exhaust. Actually no... You are right. I was answering your comment from my phone. In this video yes its way lean. Popped an apex, thats why Im redoing it. Never run a rotary lean after changing a compression tube. The map was too lean at high boost. Thanks for watching. Im uploading some more videos the car is getting a rollcage and a new motor.

Yes its actually normal for it to do that. That was a couple of years ago. Car is getting rebuilt at the moment, it ran very good for 2 years with that tune. As soon as I installed a compression tube and fixed some install issues we popped an apex seal because AFR went to 13s at 10.5 psi. With a big compression tube it made the old map very lean at highboost and did not tune it right away. I am doing another motor and will tune it properly at dyno to avoid lean spots.

it´s nice to see another fellow megasquirt user. We are rebuilding this car as I write this. Getting some new apex seals, new housings and new paint!
