When going grocery shopping of course you can save money by using coupons and buying items on sale. But did you know that you can also save money by buying certain items during specific times of the year?

For example holiday season is just around the corner and this time of the year canned foods, frozen turkeys and baking items will be at their lowest starting in about two weeks 'till the end of the holiday season. Also if you need to stock up on cleaning items spring time is your month. Most grocery stores will have those items at rock bottom prices in March and April. Super Bowl is going to be huge because it is coming to Arizona in February so if you are planning on watching the game stock pile both chips and soda because they will have their best prices during that time of the year.
