@Riellysdad How can someone attack a theater version of a movie but not the DVD version? You logic is wack...and paranoid. Face it: the market spoke: the movie sucks. Greed is evil and people are not. IF there is a sequel, it will be made not because it's profitable, but because it's right-wing propaganda financed by Kochs. They want to get part II out in Sept to coincide with the elections. Creeeep-yy. Get some critical thought and lose the ideology. It's breaking a good country.

@Riellysdad So, was this after the recall of 100,000 DVDs due to the description on the box saying, "Ayn Rand’s timeless novel of courage and self-sacrifice," when it's a story of self-serving and self-interest? And, globally it looks like this is a DVD flop too. I'm not sure who misinformed you and what lunacy leads you to believe there's a conspiracy to prevent people from seeing the film in the theaters, but not the DVD. You do realize it's the same bad movie either way, right?

AS was poorly promoted and attacked with false and biased reviews from the get go. people who actually saw it were impressed...as was I when I got the DVD sent from the US. Part 2 will have far better promotion and the DVD sales are set to make part 1 a hit.

Ayn Rand's novels have been selling well for decades. I doubt if this "host" will have the ability to make the same boast for his "career" . And for god's sake, learn how to pronounce her name! This guy is just full of him self and it's hilarious !

worst movie of 2011!!! this movie was absolutely nonsensical. i'm an objectivist and think half the shit in the movie was stupid and superbly unrealistic.
