This is me after about a year and a half of not making a new video. The song that is used is by Pascal Feliz and it's called "Reflect". For this movie it was a goal to spin a bit slower, so hopefully you can see the difference.

@glowspaz I already did, it's just a color switch with my left hand and my right hand doing one handed spirals.

Check out my color switches tutorial. It's the first thing in that tut (with a full rotation around my arm, not the half rotation that you see in the tut) plus a one handed spiral.

I'm entering my schools talentshow with glowstringing. I don't have much experience, it is my first performance. But i dont know what sticks i should use, 5 min ultra high intensity or 30 min high intensity. Its a 4 min song so it may de tight with 5 min. But I dont know.

Can anyone answer what i should use?

Or any tips in general?

Id be realy greatfull.
