Wow, I've never seen more misguided vets in my life, and I'm a vet. What values did Obama show? What kind of decisiveness did he show? How about bringing the troops home? He's done no such thing. He has suggested cutting veterans benefits, and slashing spending for troops. He is essentially Bush 2.0. Good job Obama supporters you have effectively helped destroy our republic. HOPE your happy.

@zegermandude I am a vet. I did my job, and I did my time. I hold an honorable discharge and I walked away from the Airforce with a bachelors degree. I did not sit back and ask the government to keep taking of me, since I knew that I would never retire there. I guess that I have benefits that I am able to claim, but I believe in paying my own way. I don't need military WELFARE to sustain me.

Yep its a mighty turbulent time for our nation but its not the worst we've ever seen. Even during the nations most turbulent period soldiers were paid, given food, and provided with a place to stay. We earn it, we do a job that nobody else wants to do, and we dont get paid a lot for it. Youre a troll, a hater, and I dont have time for you.

I highly doubt you're a vet, because if you were you would know that we dont get paid near enough to buy our own equipment or food or housing or healthcare. If you want us to be healthy, and well equipped enough to defend your weak retarded ass then youre going to have to pay for it. If not slash the military in half, I recommend it.

Many people pay for their own work equipment, like boots, gloves. etc., and FYI, it's called a tax write-off. I don't hate vets. I am one. I don't see how you need much money, seeing that you/your family lives in free housing. I never complained about pay, since I too were living rent free. And, if you got someone knocked-up, then get her off her fat-ass. America didn't fuck her.
