La coreografa tedesca Pina Bausch torna in Italia per una prima assoluta italiana della sua prestigiosa compagnia internazionale, il Tanztheater Wuppertal: saranno le uniche rappresentazioni che la compagnia terrà in Italia questanno. Lo spettacolo è nato dallesperienza sul campo della coreografa tedesca che in India ha più volte soggiornato. Bamboo Blues coinvolge tutti i sensi, fondendo gli aspetti tradizionali e quelli contemporanei dellIndia.

German choreographer Pina Bausch returns to Italy for the Italian premiere of her prestigious Tanztheater Wuppertal company. Bauschs performances at the Spoleto Festival will be her companys only appearances in Italy during 2009. The performance was inspired by Bauschs direct experiences during her frequent travels to India. Bamboo Blues engages all the senses, merging at once Indias both traditional and contemporary aspects of India.
