Primarily I exercised and paid more attention to what I ate. When I exercised, I tried to burn 500 calories a day, and that added up to 1 pound a week..plus anything extra from eating better (or if I slacked a little exercising one day,it made up for it).

Funny, because I was sooo inspired by aggy, and it seems as if she;s disappeared. So I just started dieting 2 weeks ago, what was your routine? Cause I'm in a tight fitting size 12 now, and would like to set a first goal by going to a nine or below. just as a first goal. :)
