doesnt reality itself become extremely boring compared to the dream world in which you are like a god of your own universe?

Also how often do you as an advanced lucid dreamer have lucid dreams and how long do they usually last (I mean experientially how long they last)

Great series! There is also at least one more reason for "going along with the environment you have" and not playing "boy wizard" right from the beginning: it could actually be that your subconcious, the dreammaster so to say, is trying to get something important across to you... and your immediate wishing to be in a hot tub with three ladies would totally interrupt this "inner message".

I think it's extremely interesting to just explore the dream that has been given to you.

There's something insanely magical about taking a walk in a familiar place while knowing that it's actually a dream. ^_^

Just had a lucid dream and remembered to shout out "This is a dream!" (I watched this vid before i got to bed!) Still i felt a bit scared that my real body would do exactly the same thing!

also one time i put a camera next to my bed

when i was in my dream i took the camera and recorded it

when i woke up it wasnt recorded ;(

im having lucid dreams for 5 years now its my second world there i got my own kignship im a god i know people there my first time was scary but the second time i controlled it now in 5 years time i got a hole world there

it sounds weird but its amazing i love to sleep now =D

I've licked a brick wall, and rubbed my back up against one once. Needless to say, they both helped to stabilize the dream even though they were both embarrassing. xD

it would be extremely fun if a full-scale movie like that was made.

with sci-fi effects to present a particular effects that the presenter speaks of - teaching us lucid dreaming, while filming himself from a camera that he took inside his dream to walk us through it. inception would so suck this movies' balls.
