HISTORICAL CELEBRATION OF MAY 16, 1983.

Dear Fellow Compatriots in the State of Nebraska,

On behalf of the Nebraska SPLM Chapter, in the name of our fallen heroes and in the name of our historic movement, I salute you all. The SPLM/SPLA was founded on May 16, 1983 as a mass Political Movement dedicated to waging a relentless struggle against the injustice and oppression being meted out to the majority of the Sudanese people by successive minority regimes in Khartoum.

As we are the seven fronts for the SPLM and the natural extension of this struggle, celebrating May 16 is very significance to our fallen heroes and likes as well. As your chairperson, I want to inform you that the struggle continues and it should be waged by all means available on all fronts. Therefore, here in Nebraska, a good life State, we must celebrate this history day of our time with spirit of unity and solidarity. In order to do this, we need your financial support of any type to enable our chapter celebrate this remarkable day of May 16.
