The Stench of Truth (315).mp4 Don't be distracted from systemic problems by a scapegoat or two. I have valid issues just like the Tea Party people but wider issues are more important to me now. Rather than seeing my taxes lowered I'd like to see some that pay little or nothing start to pay their share. There is no free market and less regulation will ensure that the greedy at the top continue to pillage us all. A balanced budget is important but not right now. As is the debt.

  • Before I came home and saw this video I was sitting at my cubicle in Jamaica today and I was thinking about one of your points you eventually made here today in this video. I wrote this down as a post I would make to your next video which happens to be this one: "I understand. I would prefer to be screamed at with profanity while hearing a message such as yours than to be surrounded by a group of docile people who do nothing". Keep up the good work

  • @Minuteman9112012 Now I also want you to understand that I support the system we have to a point. It worked well when we had strong unions and the balance of power was there. It worked well before major political lobbying by corporations. It worked well before corporations totally took over the country. That is to say that I think this broken system can be fixed by doing some things to address the problems.

  • @tenebroust Is the federal reserve accountable to it's customers? Obviously not, how did that happen? The illusion of legitimacy which can only be done through demagoguery as far as i know.

Tell me , what would happen if a fractional bank had to compete? Bank note A vs Bank note B? Why would you inflate the value of your own deposits when the interbank switch is so quick and easy?

One could point out that central banks compete to some extent but i don't think i need to point out why this is BS

  • @ExquisiteDoom I can hardly argue with this last comment.

  • @tenebroust One had to come first. It is rediculous to blame an effect of the cause just because of it's superficial appearance. While it coud be possible that corporations could hijack certain governments it doesn't change the fact that it's all based on the illusion of state legitimacy. Nobody will hold corporations accountable because it's the state's job to do so and is presupposed to provide that which it can't; protection. The state has gained much from this, too much to simply revert.

  • @tenebroust Also. One must ask oneself the question; Is the government even running it's own supposed system when the Federal Reserve gave trillions of dollars to banks with no oversight or accountability? How does this action show that the government is running corporations?

  • @ExquisiteDoom I beg to differ my friend. The premise that charters are granted is valid enough but it is far from satisfactory in proving that the state runs the corporations as a branch of itself. Some corporations are happy to be an extension of the state and operate in that capacity while others require more. Corporations can easily through money and influence control the government to prevent regulation, investigation etc...

  • @ExquisiteDoom Greed is an issue still. Otherwise it would not be so rampant. It is a natural extension of some people's philosophy's and actions. It can't be denied. That said, the fact that not all people engage is such destructive behavior proves it is not a universal or inherent problem.

  • @tenebroust And by the way, corporations don't run the government, educate yourself on the matter. How the hell can corporations run the government when it controls the freaking army? Corporations are state extensions, not the other way around. Look it up, corporate charters are given by states or monarchies. To say corporations which are created on a legal framework supplied by the state runs the state is god damn lunacy.

  • @tenebroust ...... there you have it. Government is the problem. Not greed per se. When you blame greed, you simply blame human beings which just sends the message that human beings are evil and should be exterminated... which would be extremely hypocritical for anyone to say and actually plays right into the hand of government officials that earn the power to exterminate more human beings. Before you know it, you have a serious problem. A group should not control another one , it's crazytalk.

  • @ExquisiteDoom Greed is not the issue but it runs rampant? Who is supposed to enforce any risk that the actors would be subjected to? The government? Which is run by corporations.
