@jasondmaguire Thanks I'll try another one!

@lumby122 I would tell you to A: try outside editing software. At this point most programs are capable of editing the video format. Or B contact JVC support for more information on the software provided.

@cykid30 I would talk to JVC service. they may be able to help you find software. otherwise there are many free programs on the web that you could use that may be able to do what you want.

@MrGamingspot When you plug the cam into the computer does it show up under "my computer"? if so I would go into the folder and find the file you are looking for that way. its easier than using the supplied software.

Hey I'm just woundering if you had trouble editing with the mediabowser. I got my everio yesterday and here I'am trying to edit 1 video that i made and it's not working, all I wanted to do is cut out a few parts of the video. If you know how to make it work I'd be more than happy that you help me out.

@FeArLeSsPrlnCeSs I would honestly tell you to use aftermarket editing software. There are many out there and now they all work with the file that the JVC cams creates. There are free and paid software solutions. I use Pinnacle Studio HD Ultimate Collection. It works well and has a lot more flexibility than the included software. if you do a search I am sure you could come up with something less expensive or total free.

hey i have a question. i have the same jvc u have. But whenever i upload the videos to the Everio Mediabrowser its never on HD. the quality is always pretty terrrible. When i upload to youtube its only on 480p and it still looks really bad. How do i make the videos 720p?

@ohadrules honestly I would recommend NOT using the included media browser. At this point YouTube and other social media sites are capable of using the native video format so you don't need to use media browser.
There are many editing solutions available that do a great and will allow you to up load to sites such as YouTube.
