Particle Lightsaber Tutorial

By popular demand, here is how I made the particle lightsabers for my fight against Mark.

If you don't have Particular, you can probably create the same effect in Particle Playground.

@TheMatt7000 I personally think that the tip is too rounded with his preset, and in that regard it's not very customizable. Otherwise I would say that is one of the best. I use the ryan weiber method. It's the most customizable method in my opinion. Just time consuming.

I always use Andrew Kramer's light saber plugin for After Effects which if you ask me is THE best way to make light sabers in AE. But this is an AWESOME effect! It would be cool to use in a film where one person has a regular light saber and one has a particle saber. That would be one awesome film! Thanks for the tutorial I will be using this very soon! ;)

thats not the point, the point is that its a particle lightsaber and not just a boring normal one.
