I just set a PR on squats, I am suffering from a back injury (but it's alot better now) and I still wanted to test myself on squats, So I did 2 reps of 100kg (I think I screwed my form on 2nd rep) and 1 rep of 110kg right after, which was just awesome ofcourse... When I got down, on the very momet I knew I can get back up.
I will surely do this again sometime.
If you don't want to blast ur ears! lower the volume 1st lol :P
