My 80 yr old father gets Air Jordan Retro 14s (AJXIV) for Christmas.

I took my 80 yr old dad to the Finish Line at the mall so that I could surprise him with an early Christmas present - the new Air Jordan Retro 14s. And as you will see when he first puts them on and walks in them, the Air soles and "spring" he feels in the Jordans are shocking to him...in a very pleasing way. I think he felt like he could almost run and jump again...and that says alot since he was nearly unable to walk the last few years with intense hip and leg pain. Now he is getting around without a walker or a cane...and I was happy to put a pair of Air Jordans on his feet again!

@zackstork While I don't get into the Jordans and basketball shoes, I would like to find some good shoes myself. I have high arches and some occasional back pain. I am looking for walking or running shoes.
