Iran wants to export its Ideologies across the middle east in Azerbaijan they tried to buy a TV station which would broadcast their propaganda. then they sent Hezbollah to try and kill Jews in Azerbaijan but got stopped by Azeri police. Not only that but Iranians still believe that Azerbaijan is apart of Iran. That is why everyone is leaving because the future looks dim in the country.
