Nachez fought together with Geronimo and kept on fighting until 1896 when they surrendered in the Sierra Madre Moutains. Elbys Hugar(Chiricahua)
from the Mescalero Reservation, is talking to us.
She taught the
actors in the movie "The Missing",the Apache
Language for the useage in the movie.
Nachez was son of the great worier Cochise.

  • I don´t know if you are familiar with a Norwegian cientist named Helge Ingstad. He found out and proved the relationship between apache language and the language of the native tribes in the North. So the Apaches in the south (New Mexico, Arizona ,,)had clear relation with the native indian triebes in the North. There was also clear indications in their myths and stories.

  • @myspacecomaffwj you know i am an englishmen in england and i know the apache and other indian tribes the commanche kiowa the sioux etc and they were in america first the whites were a disgrace i am not liberal or leftwing but respecting the american indians should not be about politics or right or left,a man like geromino or cochise transended that,they were great men of wisdom its a shame the old ways have gone but gone they have,if i can be 25% the man they were i will die happy.god bless you

  • Listen, if she does really have pics of Cochise, they should be released. It would be a true honor to see his face. There are pics of Naiche and Taza, but not The Great!
