You are talking rubbish. Muslim lands have had Christians for 1400 years. 10% of egypt is Christian. In fact, the Muslim world has a better record of treating minorities, than europe's anti-semitic/anti-black, anti-gypsy (and now anti-Muslim) past. Go study history, then come back and talk.

I think many people confuse multiculturalism with mass immigration and the elimination of local culture ... multiculturalism CAN be a good thing, if you think it is rubbish, it's because you have accepted so many immigrants in such a short span of time, that it has effectively lead to "segraculturalism"

Education and religion should be separate. Religion is a private personal matter - learning is public matter. My school wasn't religious - thank goodness. I chose to go to Church and study faith outside of school. This is so important - as children should grow up and choose how they wish to believe. We shouldn't be taught to believe in god - we should choose to!! We need our children to mix - not be separated on the basis of faith.

@Stampeds1lent It is - I was nearly kidnapped by 4 Morrocans in Brussells, Belgium - I'm not the only one. I remember being in Belgium when it was safe and I could travel there alone - It is now a dangerous place where I am scared to go as a woman. Most Europen cities have significant areas which are now serious ghettos. I used to love traveling around Europe alone - its no longer safe to do this as I get harrassed by men constantly - mainly Turkish, Morrocan men.

@bd10casual I have to agree - my family orignate from Bradford and were effectively moved out as they weren't welcome anymore. My mother remembers Bradford being  wonderful place with many different cultures there. It is a ghetto now and I cannot go there without feeling sad. It has indeed been ruined.

multiculturism does not work!!! it hasnt it doesnt it wont i find britain is tolerant to other cultures but it is those cultures that dont tolerate britain and they dont want to follow the laws of our land they want the law of there own land here therefore british nationals are getting angry at other cultures for their disrespect of our country and theres your rift!! as for faith schools i went to a church school and it was full of athiests and other cultures and religions so im all for faith.

so people, I'm a little confused at this point.

when people say multiculturalism is bad, do they mean like it is bad for people of different races to come and live in the same place? say, if we are to abandon multiculturalism, does it mean we are to kick out all the non white people in countries such as the UK? or,,, does it just mean, different cultures can not be easily coped with each other, and all the races should adopt one culture if they are to live in that particular place?
