The Lift:

Push-Up Series (all sets done to failure) MINIMAL REST BETWEEN SETS:

Single Arm Push-Ups/
Exercise Ball Push-Ups (hand on ball)/
Exercise Ball Push-Ups (feet on ball)/
Feet on Bench Push-Ups/
Push-Ups/
Hands on Bench Push-Ups/
Plyometric Clapping Push-Ups (3 sets with 3 seconds rest between)/
Push-Ups from Knees/

Close Grip Barbell Bench Press 3x 15,12,10/
Cable Fly 3x15,12,10/
Machine Incline Press 3x8-12/
Dips 2xMAX/
Tricep Pushdown 3x10-25/
Machine Incline Press Drop Set/
Tricep Rope Pushdown Drop Set
