@saintsmatt9 Either you don't know what a Yellow Jacket is, or have an alternate definition of them. I grew up in the southeastern US where yellow jackets are extremely common, know from painful personal experience that they are *extremely* aggressive and attack en masse with unrelenting fury after only small (usually unintentional) provocations.

Yello Jackets. Otherwise known as "common wasp" kill parisitic insects that are harmfull to organic material. They also happen to be less agressive than the European honey bee. All of you posting comments on how we should just kill them all should look up avaliable intellgence on the subject before you make assumptions based off of a mans unfortunate expierence with what appears to be honey bees. Yello jackets are never found in a quanitity that was displayed on this video. You are mistaken.

kill them all with fire

I was at war with yellow jackets outside my house for years, but i eventually gave up, every summer they build nests under the window shutters, as long as i don't bother them they don't bother me. But if you accidently provoke them watch out.

Killer bees would kick their little asses.

@tlroberts52 I didn't see that you were writing about a nest so i thought you said a yellow jacket that was 3 feet in diameter and about 9 inches tall now that would be something to see haha

I had a yellow jacket nest inside my hot tub casing that showed up in the matter of a couple of days. I had an exterminator come to remove it - it had grown to 3 feet in diameter and about 9 inches tall in only a couple of days. He came at 6 am to get to it before they become active. Only got stung once, but the day before my little pug got stung twice. I guess if they sting you they emit a scent on you and you will get swarmed. Very scary!

Question is who is the brave soul who went and got the camera :)
Yellow jackets are awful awful things. Never been stung by a bee in my life, but oh hell have i been stung by yellow jackets, they get pissed over ANYTHING and god help you if you unknowingly mow over their nest.

@onliner10000 The difference is that bees rarely sting, and make honey, and are generally helpful to nature, polinating and such. Yellow jackets sting all the time, ruin picnics, and do not make honey.
