This is video of Joel Osteen's brand of scripture twisting and the prosperity gospel.

I challenge all of you to buy a bag of groceries or at least donate a can to a food bank near you. God will know those who gave. No boasting just helping families. Let's all lay down our swords for a moment.
what you quoted is not talking about whether or not he should mention sin or not. its a question on why does Joel not call people sinners, as so many do. I bet your one of them manhoot. again, you are taking things out of context. way to go manhoot. You're "comprehension" is supes! haha
you are funny manhoot! just cuz my comprehension is not like yours or interpretation/twist of the scripture is like yours you think i dont understand it. You are so wrong. I understand one, you, could take the scriptures and use them/twist them for gambling yet they seem to lack any mention of gambling. uhhh! thats weird! Greed can mean so many things not just gambling. it's actually a heart issue which is what the Scriptures are talking about not one specific so called sin called gambling.
No, it does not take spiritual conviction to preach a false gospel. It takes the conviction of sin to do what he does. And I posted verses on what the bible states on gambling. Nothing is out of context....except your ability to comprehend. :)
Joel Osteen: "I don't use it. I never thought about it. But I probably don't. But most people already know what they're doing wrong. When I get them to church I want to tell them that you can change. There can be a difference in your life. So I don't go down the road of condemning."
The bible mentions the word sin and variations of it over 600 times. Shouldn't Joel mention it

No?
Ok, I thought so.
2Tim 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
Yes, Joel, you are to preach the word, not seminars on how to live of this world of sin and unrighteousness.

Joel Oteen: "I don't."
Larry King: "Is that a word you don't use?"
