Go to any ER room. You cannot be denied immediate attention. Anyone can be treated right now. You do not even have to give your name, they are required (mandatory) to treat you. Our system is broke. We cannot pay for what we have. HC3200 is about control of the people more than it is about health care. Read it if you can find the time. Only 2074 pages.
