Your form is awesome. However, don't you think it would be better if you got some "bumper plates" that are the same size as the 45's? Or maybe set up in the Power Rack so you don't have to bend over so much.

I just set the weight down completely between reps, and at that point my grip loosens a bit, but I don't completely let go of the bar.
