Again, go downtown at night in any healthy minded society, like ours here in Canada, and you will not find camera shy people, let alone people so camera shy the streets empty out like this...
Even during blizzards here, some of the worst we have ever had, people are out playing in them and walking around in the streets at night having fun!
NK is a terrible example of a socialist state, nothing good happens for the people... That is the point of a Socialist society...

I do some of my best work at 3-6 a.m. out in the guts of my city...
In fact, if you go downtown Spring Garden road in Halifax on almost any given night (Mondays not so much.) you will see the streets PACKED TO THE TITS with people...
And we are a small city...
EVERYONE goes out at night time, that is when you fucking PARTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!
Even people who don't like partying, like going around the party areas... It's just basic human nature to party and have fun!
