I work with people who suffer stress and addiction...It is sad that people do not understand stress...many people don'know what it actually is and even worse don't believe how serious it is...some of my friends have been very argumentative when I have told them about what stress actually is and what it can cause

I take offense that just because I use YouTube you think I don't read. I read through 10 papers just this week and bought three new books afew weeks ago...

My point of view still stands that this vid is just pushing pointless stats to convince you to buy his product without adding any value to viewer in return.
