Hi everyone! Welcome to WeightLossLosers :D We're spending this week showing all of you a little more of who we are, before we get into all the education and info. I hope you learn something, and that I didn't talk too much!

This last year for me has been about developing a healthy relationship with food... learning to love what I put into my body instead of fearing it. Now, so close to goal, it's time for me to start exercising regularly again. I hope you join me!
