1. You do not need Linux.
2. 127.0.0.1 is your own IP (Internet Protocol)
3. You my friend are an idiot. If your a hacker you would know that Windows runs DOS. NOT Linux.
4. The "DOS Program" is called "CMD" or "Command Prompt"
