You guys should maximize the fact that there are 7 people from various places in the world participating in this project. For instance, Greg can make a video about what a bear bar is like in Japan for a non-Asian looking gaijin. Ted can make a similar video but from an Asian gaijin's perspective. Ben and Peter can make a similar video from their perspective. And then compare all these perspectives, or even make a collaborative video with everyone in it in dialogue or some sorts of interaction.

there have been so many weeks when multiple "days" have gone missing, viewers get restless when things don't continue and all of this isn't actually the viewers fault so I think the main problem is the appeal and the commitment.

There needs to be a theme and again, a lot of you all need to edit your videos and cut out the moments when you either aren't talking or just isn't answering the "theme" or the "question".

I honestly think that there should be a gay channel for gay people in japan...so definately you gregorio and Teddy, not just because your in japan but cos i think its mainly you guys who's kept things going and are awesome...please let me know if your doing a colab together cos i will subscribe

this channel is great, everyone is interesting, and I don't have to be entertained like in 5 awsome gays, they are so shallow.  I like the new weekly topic format. Suggestions, keep it short, over 2 mins, have a good reason, the weekly topic has fixed this though. Love the honesty, Benji, Guy, Becki, Peter, you have poured your heart out. If people are too busy to post every week, how about share a day, alternate, and pull in more shades. Love you guys, please don't dispband.

I'm still here, watching, but not as frequently as I used to. The 3 main collab channels I watch (7SOG, BOR and 5AB) are all slumping right now, so I'm not that motivated to watch. I've seen a couple of other collab channels completely fade because the principal participants got too busy with life.

You are getting some valid criticism and some that is a little harsh, I think.

I don't know if you need to recast, take a hiatus or just rethink the way you're doing it now.

Get rid of people who can't get their videos up! If they are too busy doing other things then they shouldn't be part of a callab channel! There are so many other callab channels that post on a regular basis or they have someone fill in for them.

And if you do get new people MAKE SURE THEY CAN BRING THE EXCITEMENT!! This channel is so sleepy.

There is only two guys on this channel that bring fun to the table...BEN AND GUY!!! Greg can be good too, but lose everyone else!!!!!!

Personally, I think you need more committed people on your channel! EVERYBODY gets busy or has issues (technical,etc..) But if you can't make a commitment , make it a priority to do it, just don't agree to do it, you know? I know "sh*t happens," but that argument only gets you so far...people with a pattern of not posting, and certainly those who don't even provide an explanation, should be give the boot!!

I've been a follower for quite a while now. But when the 7 don't post or when they do its negative, then I get turned off. there was a while when we couldn't get a constant 7sogs to post!! I dunno but I gotta say you look awsome!!
