My family and I heard this going on several nights before I decided to record it.

Ever since i captured this on camera it has stopped completely.

Does any one know what this might be , why it happened and why it stopped after i recorded it?

This is real! I'm no expert, but I've watched Ghost Adventures and I've learned a thing or two. The ball of light that shows up a couple of times is a spirit. There have many accounts of these on the show and it could come up to your head or enter your body and cause pain or cause you to be possesed. I don't know why they would quit or what, but great find!
