A demo showing animation running on my VDU (i.e. framebuffer+VGA signal generator) based on the FPGAs in the UoM's lab ARM development boards. The demo makes use of the double-buffering capabilities of my VDU and is controlled by a simple ARM assembly program which loads subsequent frames of the walking animation and flips the buffers.
Some glitches exist due to my casual disregard for the SRAM backing the display's hold times when writing but I don't mind too much as this whole thing is really just a proof-of-concept :).
