Oh, how I love this song. I remember watching his concert on PBS and hearing the story about meeting the woman in Alaska.
There will never be another John. I hope when I get to heaven he is still singing this beautiful music.

This is one of my favorite John Denver songs and I love the way James Burton played guitar in it plus I liked the flute part too.

John's mother Erma Deutschendorf passed away last Sunday January 17, 2010 at 7:00 pm in Aurora Colorado. Her funeral is tomorrow in Aurora, Colorado. I can see her and John's Dad dancing to this song. RIP Erma and John
