Funky Acoustic Instrumental Blues

A funky little blues instrumental on acoustic w/ fretless bass and Cakewalk Sonar Session Drummer parts programmed / added later to back it up. Both bass and guitar takes were recorded straight through in their respective takes - warts and all; no composite tracking... Still - a few moments of inspired riffing DID seem to emerge from the fretboard, I believe...

Know this - the guitar was done FIRST w/ only a click track. I put together the drums AFTER - using Sonar Session drummer. I played along on the fretless bass last... But yeah - getting to the point of being comfortable jamming w/ a sequencer took a few years... I think I've got the hang of it by now though... Time to visit the NEW channel, huh?

One can get some interesting sounds out of an amplified acoustic huh? I play a Taylor 314ce. Can't tell what you've got there but it seems like a Taylor to me. Nice and expressive. Like it. :o)..... oops just got to the end... yep, Taylor it is.
