Doctor Who - Fireflies, by Owl City

No, it's not really made by the makers of Ambien. It should be, though. The two stills at the end are an inside joke between me and a friend, so it'll probably seem jarring to everyone else. Sorry about that!

I'm not the first to post a Doctor who Fireflies vid, but I swear the overlaps are coincidental! The other ones are great, if you haven't watched them, you should. Fireflies...well, Empty Child practically screams "Please, make me a fireflies video!"

The idea for the flash-black and white photo came from Gidget. It was brilliant! That technique is borrowed, and Gidget did it better. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?

I wouldn't put a serious spoiler alert on this, because, let's face it, the song is a jumble of free association thoughts, and the video reflects that. So scenes from every season except 5, if we can call 5 a season, but nothing that I would say gives much away. Except the goodbye scenes. I guess if you don't know which companions have left through season 4, ep 13, then it does maybe give you a hint there.

Please enjoy, and this is my first vid, so suggestions are great, but please don't be tooooo critical.

I knew it would be his hand in a jar when he said i saved a few and i keep them in a jar. but i laughed my head off when it happened because he was saying goodbye to his friends so that implies that he has THEM in a jar. and technically those are nanogenes not fireflies :P
