This movie is 10 minutes excerpted from "Hurricane", a 24 minute movie contained in 'SF Timecap 2000' the DVD. In San Francisco's Mission High auditorium on October 7, 2000 Rubin "Hurricane" Carter spoke out on behalf of a fair trial for Mumia Abu Jamal and against the death penalty. His own experience of being railroaded for murder in New Jersey via pure racism while he was waiting to box for the middle weight boxing championship of the world is inspirational in its painful clarity.
