unless your braindead, it was a vote against obama and the democrates. just like the crushing vote to lose the house. and if there had been more senate seats up they would have lost that too. btw, so long weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiner you loser!

America will become stable in all area's over time...if Ron Paul was given the chance as president.

@PikSokolit Nope I certainly don't believe we have any free market, not in the US or anywhere else in the world. We have state capitalism, where research and development are sponsored by the tax payer, the losses are also paid by the tax payer like you just saw with the bailout and will see with the coming austerity. When there's profits to be made, that's private. What you fail to understand is that conmen like Rand Paul are in the pockets of the corporations. Just wait to see how he'll vote.
-
No we have corporatism, which is a hell of a lot different than the free market, when you lack corpratism, competing companies are competing. The corporations LOVE when you want to bring gov into our healthcare because that just means a select form of them will run it. I disagree with you, just saying.
Gold is the only thing that retains value, unlike paper money.

@PikSokolit Anyone who knows anything understands that any of the last administrations (going back to the WWII) and the congress are in the hands of the corporations (take the To Big To Fail con, for example), therefore saying that the "markets" will govern better than the courtiers in Washington is a fallacy. We are already controlled by the markets, only the "libertarians" conveniently fail to see it. A bunch of fucking charlatans, him and his fucking son. Now go and buy some gold...

I'm getting so sick of people talking about how great Medicare is. Usually they talk about user approval (why would people complain about a service that comes at no charge to them?) and then talking about how efficient it is when it has unfunded liabilities that are soon going to be greater than the gross world product.

the reason the democrats are getting voted out is because they haven't lived up to their campaign promises.they were elected to end the war in iraq, get universal heath care, and protect civil rights(patriot act, fisa, etc.)now the cattle are gonna vote republicans in and they are the ones who got us in this mess..do you not see what this is?a fuckin game and all the people who vote dem or repub are getting played

Exactly, as he doesnt want any part of taking 'dereg's from bank/loan institiutions, and wall street. I believe you said that already.
i'm a proponent of removing lobbyists 'totally'...unless monies can be put in a 'large pool' to pay down deficitis'.
but, we would end up with a one party system [Repub's]....as 2 is bad enough!
So...that moves us to 'use cspan and public broadcasting for debates, etc. Then, hows do you narrow down the field?
I.Q. tests? hhhmmm? take care

I agree. both of these congressman are rare examples of good leaders.
Massachusetts was a revolt to Obamacare, plain and simple.
"Not in touch with the mother ship" because he is ahead of his time. Look at old youtube videos of him warning things and them all coming to pass.
