  • If we live in AUstralia - will we have to use a stepdown converter to charge the unit? or it doesnt make a difference which voltage we use?

    US = 110v Aus = 220V...please let me know.

  • Hey,

    this should not be a problem, because you can charge the device with using a standard USB plug. Just plug it into your pc or USB wall charger.

  • when you plug it into your PC - does it charge while you are uploading? or does it only charge via the wall charger?

  • Both. It charges while you are using it as a mass storage device, uploading files or when using a simple USB wall charger. I use the one from my HTC mobile phone and it works nice.

  • Excellent review. Thank you!

  • yeah the snes native emulator is very cheap. Some games only work with skipping the frame and sound off. I have dingux and the snes9x works very good with almost every game from the snes.

  • One of the best and more detailed reviews i have ever seen...nice!

  • Okay, I have a couple questions. First, with having a GBA emulator, does that mean original GB roms are accepted just like the VisualBoy Advance emulator? Second, can other emulators be added to the device? Such as zsnes or FCE Ultra? Thank you for the review, you've convinced me to buy one. There are also cheaper on DealExtreme than on ThinkGeek.

  • good review.

    no gba, get a dingoo.

  • Does Mother 3 Play well on the Dingoo?

  • @Mplstory lol thanks

  • @51rickjames 100 dollars it's worth every penny

  • I got a dingoo for christmas and it is amazin! I just installed dingux on it!

  • @GamerNGF Absolutely. You can also install other emulators, I have a GameBoy Color, an Atari Lynx, and Sega Master System on mine, running on the original firmware. There's a great community out there.

  • @Shadowkirby64000 Yes, PocketSNES. Go to dingoonity . org

  • do you know the average price of it? because i really want to get one
