Gary, if you return a serve with a slice, try to keep it low... I know it's hard, but if you pop it up, the ball will fall down with a much too great angle for the back spin to keep the ball lower than a good hitting height.

Secondly, I'm sure you have a little more to put on that forehand return. I'm aware you like to get into the point, but as I see the ball coming and what you do with it during rallies, it seems like your footwork is a tad off.

@KrugmanTheKing court is super fast and my arm was sore from five days of playing...i was just not playing very well and my friend was playing awesome

It doesn't take a lot to notice that... we simply need to look at those strokes you gave it a real go. Work on getting back into a more dynamic game and you'll probably find out how much easier it is to be more aggressive. You do have nice strokes when you bother paying attention to all those little details.
