It's all about where you are from. I don't care who pioneered what, hip-hop is hip-hop and time changes everything. The south makes club music because the club is where the money is at. Every region has its own sounds and beats, hip-hop was never dead and some people just can't get that out of their head. Snoop Dogg, Dre, and all those guys had their time.
