Where is this/ I can't be England, this has just got to be some foreigner's idea of Afternoon Tea? Afternoon tea shouldn't involve using a knife and fork. It should have a selection of thin cut sandwichws, crusts cut off of egg mayo and cress, cucumber, ham, gentlemen's relish, and or cheese, a Victoria sandwich cake and some little 'one mouthful' fancies, with the possibility of scones and jam. High tea you add boiled eggs, bread and butter and a rich fruit cake, like dundee. and no silly hats

Of all the tea ceremonies across the world, I still prefer the Japanese way the best...no water, punch juice, and so many inessentials that dilute the main focus...the tea.

This looks like a place Gordon Ramsey would makeover.
This is the southern version of Afternoon Tea. I was trained in tea etiquette and have Level 1 & Level 2 training from the US Speciality Tea Institute. I also specialized in dress up tea parties for children and adults for over 10 year. It is not the way they do it England...but Hats off to tea in whatever form you enjoy it!
