Great video! I've rode on 1070 at Birkenhead. To be honest I think 1070 sound more like the W reg 1900-series Alexander bodied ones, like 1903 - 1911 that were at St Helens when I was travelling to school on them (1997 - 2000). The A reg 1000-series ones they had, ranging from from 1017 - 1046 sounded a lot different, and they revved higher. The 1900-series ones, and 1070, had the sound in this vid from 0:06 - 0.09 when revving up and accellerating. The 1000-series ones didn't sound that way.
